Using JPS

Players, hosts, venues, coaches and community organisers are expected to provide accurate information, use JPS respectfully and follow the booking, attendance and community rules shown for each service.

Bookings, cancellations and refunds

Prices, cancellation windows, refund eligibility and any venue- or organiser-specific conditions are shown before a booking is confirmed. Where a host or venue has additional rules, those rules form part of the booking conditions.

Community standards

Harassment, misleading listings, unsafe conduct and misuse of another person’s account are not permitted. JPS may restrict access where necessary to protect users, organisers and the platform.

Service changes

Features, venues, coaching availability and community services may change over time. Material policy changes will be communicated through the website or the relevant account experience.
